The Learning Tool

Finding the right tool for this project was step one of the assignment. I wanted a tool that was easy to use and allowed me to proceed at my own pace with the possibility to stop and go as I please, flexibility was one of the most important concerns.
A search on the internet for various options to learn how to code some basic HTML and CSS script, and a conversation with my son, who is a programmer, ended with me choosing "Codecademy" for this project.
The course outcomes were clearly stated and straightforward, which caught my attention, and for me meant simplicity of use.

"By the end of this course, you will learn the basics of HTML and CSS and how to structure and style your we page". (Codecademy, 2017)
